The dock was designed by Nequette Architecture and built by TCC General Contractors, one of our approved builders at Kennebec. The dock features a site map for people wanting to tie up and walk the property. It also serves to establish the quality and style of construction that will be present at Kennebec. So, pull up in your boat, walk up the path and explore — the site is changing daily with an elegant landscape package in the process of being installed throughout the development.
