Creative Approach to Design:

As an architectural studio, Historical Concepts takes great pride in the authenticity of their work: simple, clean, honest expressions of material.

The first step Historical Concepts takes when designing a home is to hear the client out–to understand and imagine the type of memories that client wants to be made in the home and to build off of them to make places that are gracious, intimate and enduring, with all of the conveniences of modern living. One of the most unique things about this firm is that, not only do they design a home best for you, but they also design a home that keeps the local tradition and heritage in mind. Which, in this case, is the lake.
